The GREEN and GOLD
November 1st, 2008 by thefinalsongIt was way back 2006 when I made one of the most important decisions in my life — and probably the reason why I am doing this.
I was in 4th year when I started to think of what would probably happen in my life after I stepped out of the portals of my beloved alma mater — Holy Infant Academy. Everyone may seem to have their school in college, but I’m still thinking of where to continue my studies. I took the UPCAT, the Ateneo Admission Test and the FEU CAT. I failed the UPCAT and the Ateneo Admission test, I only got the FEU CAT and the happiest part of it is that I’m a partial scholar
Days passed. I’m still thinking of other school entrance exam to take. I don’t know for a reason why I opted not to take the UST entrance exam and the entrance exam for La Salle Lipa which was given to the top10 of our batch.
Why FEU? — Why NOT? It was the time when FEU was on its peak in the UAAP after they got the Men’s Basketball crown. It’s maybe my reason for choosing this school.
Now that I am on my third year on every corners of this OASIS, I continue lovin’ it. It’s MORE OF THE UAAP CROWN and the rivals of each UAAP-participating school. It’s about the love for my BELOVED Green and Gold. It’s about having your heart for your school — and this is what I’ve got.
FEU is FEU. In the eyes of others its maybe just a low-profile school, but for me? It’s more of a school. It’s the home of every PROUD TAMARAW and those TAMARAW-at-heart
