The FEU Lady and Junior Tamaraws posted twin wins yesterday to enter the Finals of their respective tournaments in UAAP Season 71. Coach Mike Oliver’s Women’s Team made up for a lethargic performance in their previous Final Four matchup versus the Adamson Lady Falcons to book a well-deserved finals seat with a score of 74-63. The Lady Tams led the eliminations with an outstanding 13-1 record but put themselves in a precarious situation after losing against Adu in Game 1 of the Final Four.

Meanwhile, the Diliman-based Baby Tams came from behind to complete their upset of second seed DLSZ, 58-56. The Junior Archers swept FEU-FERN in the elimination round but the Baby Tams enacted revenge in the Final Four and arranged a Finals showdown against top-seed Ateneo. The Womens and Juniors Basketball finals start this Saturday at the Arena in San Juan. The Ladies take the floor on 1pm, while the High Schoolers duke it out on 3pm.
