    Filipino invented a ‘water car’

    Just remembered this folk whom I saw on television when I was still in elementary or high school, I think he was featued in Balitang K back then (features show by Korina Sanchez in ABS-CBN). A Filipino engineer and inventor Daniel Dingel, made this water-powered car. I guess we really need one of these now. Watch the video after the cut.
